PRIVACY POLICY WINSLOW GEROLAMY MOTORS LIMITED is committed to protecting our customer’s privacy and safeguarding the person information we collect. WINSLOW GEROLAMY MOTORS
LIMITED will obtain from all customers explicit or implied consent
before collecting any personal information to be used as follows: 1) For customers the personal information collected may be used by WINSLOW GEROLAMY MOTORS LIMITED, to provide products and services as may be requested by the customer, and to provide more information regarding the products and services of WINSLOW GEROLAMY MOTORS LIMITED. We may from time to time disclose the customers personal information to third parties to the following: a. International Truck & Engine Company the manufacturer of our vehicles and its related companies. b. To providers of products or services relating to the customers vehicle c. To credit reporting agencies, financial institutions or financing companies d. The customers insurance company e. Companies, which provide or insure warranties relating to the customer’s vehicle. f.
We may also disclose the customer’s personal information where
we are required or permitted by law to do so. 2)
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify WINSLOW
GEROLAMY MOTORS LIMITED in writing of any change(s) in his/her personal

All personal information that WINSLOW GEROLAMY MOTORS LIMITED has
is stored securely and is accessible only by our staff as necessary to
serve the customer. Personal
information is retained by WINSLOW GEROLAMY MOTORS LIMITED for as long
as it is required during ongoing transactions, employment or as tax or
other laws require us to do so. 4)
Other people seeking personal information about our customers
that are not related to our ongoing association with our customer will
not be provided with any personal information unless our customer has
provided us with written approval to do so.
It is our understanding that approval can be verbal at this point
in time but our preference is to have signed approval.
If in fact a verbal is given a form will be made up by our staff
to indicate time and date of verbal approval. 5)
